You can visit the Royal Mail to track your order. Be sure to have your tracking order number.

Please check your packing slip (the form inside your box or bag) to see a list of the exact items that should be in your parcel. If something is listed but not in your parcel, please contact us.

Unfortunately, any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding or removing lines.

Once you have received your order and wish to return for a refund, please see the returns policy.

We try, as far as possible, whilst maintaining the integrity of an item's packaging, to carefully inspect all goods before they are packed and shipped.

Should you receive goods which are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not what was ordered, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will require a full explanation and, where appropriate, photographic evidence.

Please contact us before you open any damaged outer boxes as we may require these to be

returned 'unopened' for inspection.

Items which are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not what was ordered will be eligible for free returns (if deemed necessary).

Please do not return such items without authorisation as we are unable to refund postage costs unless it has been previously agreed.

Faulty / damaged items will either have the faulty component replaced, or the item will be replaced in its entirety (at our discretion).

Incorrectly sent items will be replaced with the correct item.

If necessary, a refund can be arranged instead.

Items not returned within 30 days cannot be replaced or refunded except in exceptional circumstances.

For online orders

Return it to any of our Pet Care Centres, or simply contact our customer care team.

Your item(s) will need to be:

With an original proof of purchase.

In an unused condition in its original packaging and with any tags or security seals intact.

If your item was delivered directly from one of our suppliers, you will need to follow the return instructions on the delivery note. If in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team.

For any products returned under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, a receipt is still required and products will be exchanged for another product at the same price point. Bags of dog food must be at least half full to claim an exchange.

Unfortunately, PetBuds does not currently offer international shipping.

We hope that the following tips and advice can help you find the ideal toy for your dog!

Size

Be sure that the size of toy you have chosen is suitable for the size of your dog. You need to be careful not to choose a toy that is too small and could be easily swallowed or choked on, especially if you have a larger breed dog.

Material & durability

Keep an eye on your dog's play behaviour - does your dog prefer to throw toys around? Bury them? Bite them? Cuddle them? Or simply carry them around? Choose something tough and long-

lasting if you know your dog will be chewing, a soft material for cuddlers, lighter toys for the dogs that will carry them around all day, and a natural material if it is going to end up buried in the garden!

Safety

Make sure there are no small parts on the toy that your dog could easily swallow. Always read any advice that comes with a toy and make sure it contains nothing toxic or potentially harmful.

Easy to clean

In order to make your life that little bit easier, choose a dog toy that is washable or waterproof.

PetBuds are designed specifically for cats and dogs and are not approved for use by children. We do have toys designed specifically for interaction; however young children should always be supervised during playtime with pets.
